REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At TALU Jewelry, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at talujewelry2020@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damages & Defective Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at talujewelry2020@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Sale items and gift cards
- Items not in their original condition
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
